Gift cards are delivered by email and include simple instructions on how to redeem them online.

  • Any remaining balance can be used towards a future order.

Warranty

We understand how important your wig is to you. To provide peace of mind, we offer a 6-week manufacturer warranty covering potential faults such as heavy shedding, stitching, lace and cap issues. Please note that this warranty is for manufacturing defects only and does not cover general wear and tear.

Every unit comes with a 6 month colour guarantee, if fading or colour issues does happen within this time it will be covered free of charge.

UK Shipping & Returns

Please allow upto 4 weeks for custom orders. Ready to Ship wigs are shipped within 1-2 working days. All orders are shipped express tracked.

All custom made units are non-refundable due to the custom colouring please check our retune policy at the bottom of this page.

Overseas Shipping & Returns

Please allow upto 4 weeks for custom orders.

Shipping Provider: We use FedEx & Royal Mail for international shipments, providing tracking and insurance.
